"Clean property friendly staff a lot different than the last Quinta has stayed in Summit County where there was dirty linen in the closet dirt behind the bathroom door and other things, but this property was clean, friendly staff easily accessible and we stayed two different times in the last two weeks at this hotel and great service both times"

"The Monarch is amazing. Top to bottom. The room, the service, the atmosphere, the restaurants, the casino. All of it. We stayed 6 nights and had a blast!! The manager even dropped out resort fee for a night cause we checked in super late. We'd to back in a heartbeat."
