Unlike other big hotels catering for tourists from outside Tanzania, this is not part of a multi-national chain. The staff are welcoming and efficient and there is a choice of room categories. A wide 'local' selection at the buffet breakfast is a satisfying start to your day. I have never before written a hotel review (although I have stayed in many) but with this I wanted to promote a hotel I have always been happy to stay in, and one that benefits the local economy more than most others.
