"Wonderful stay. Clean, comfortable room. Restaurant was great. We particularly loved the sauna overlooking the city. Parking was a little hard to figure out - it's across the street, but takes a little to figure out. Also seems like too much light pollution in the immediate area to see the northern lights. Overall pleasant stay. "

"Overall we enjoyed our 2 nights here. The room was spacious & we loved the underfloor heating in the bathroom! Breakfast was good & staff friendly Most of the tours seem to do pick ups here which is handy but with the town centre being relocated, it is a bit away from the new centre. As it was a weekend, apparently there are very few buses & local taxis are very expensive so we walked to the city centre to have a quick look at the snow sculptures, have a coffee etc. It probably took us...

"Hotel was comfortable and the food was great. Only concern was slightly slippery conditions from lobby to hotel room but the walkways were otherwise well sanded. "

"I loved my stay the cabins are really nice and comfortable and if its during winter you can just walk about 20 minutes across a frozen lake to the Ice hotel and the owners are very respectful and if you need a ride anywhere they charge cheaper than a taxi plus the Northern Lights right outside "

"City Rooms is a really odd place to review in that if you arrived expecting a hotel, or traditional bed & breakfast as Google lists it, you'd be in for a real shock. Aesthetically, it feels more like the living space built for construction workers on long-term projects. That's not to say it's bad, but it's very very basic. The features that are there work well and everything is clean and new but it does feel like a converted shipping container filled with sleeping pods. If you're working or...

"We had the most amazing stay at the Arctic Gourmet Cabin. The cabins are cozy, comfy bed, beautiful views. We enjoyed relaxing with a sauna and hot top. The 4 course meal with wine pairing was one of the most outstanding meals I've ever had. I highly recommend treating yourself to this experience! also a fabulous spot to see the northern lights!"
