"The staff are nice and welcoming and the location is not really far from the city center I was lucky with the room as they give me nice spacious room but it was cold at nights as the heating was not working and I see similar many reviews about the heating problem too been cold.."

My only negatives were that the room hadn't been fully cleaned (kitchen bin was full and some other things missed) and that the view from the window at the back was fairly dystopian."
