"We absolutely loved our time at Windermere Suites and Windermere. Vicky and Alex were very welcoming and helpful. We loved their advice on places to see, their helpfulness and good conversation. The breakfast was delicious and very generous with a wide variety to choose from. The room was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The bathroom was amazing with a massive spa bath, mood lighting and tv. Our stay here has certainly been a highlight of our European trip!"

"We had a wonderful stay at 1 Park Road in September, having stayed here now for many years. Hilton is an excellent host and nothing is too much trouble. "We had a lovely few days at Dale House. Dominique is a wonderful host and a skilful chef. We had a memorable dinner one evening and our cooked breakfast each morning was a highlight. Dominique was also very accommodating with our dog which made all the difference. Dale House is located in a very quiet spot within the moors so if you appreciate the peacefulness this place is for you. "

"The stay was over priced. £100 for B&B out of season in a very small (9' x 10'6") room with bathroom only slightly larger than the bathroom on an aircraft. There was no room for a chair in the room. A single bed would have been more appropriate for this room. The decor of the room was however very good. The stay did not compare well with my stay at a pub the nights before and after which was priced at £55 for B&B with an appreciable larger and well appointed room, and an equally good breakfast,...

"Jo, the host who are very nice and friendly. Location is in the town centre, few minutes walk from the train station. The property is aged, but Jo maintain everything in good condition and tidy. The breakfast is good also. Compare the prices with the neighborhood, I will say it's value for money."
