This spacious 3-bedroom apartment is in Kirchberg in Tirol near the Kitzbühel - Kirchberg ski area, in a central yet quiet location. It has a private furnished terrace to enjoy delightful meals and views of snow-capped mountains. You can stay here in comfort with a family or a group of 6 persons.

The Badesee, a stunning lake in Kirchberg, is only a 600 m walk away from your apartment. Other facilities in the direct vicinity include mini-golf, mountain bike rental, bicycle paths, and various hiking trails. To reach the ski area, the ski lift is 1 km away. You have the supermarkets at 300 m and the town center at 500 m if you wish to go shopping.

Lovely apartment in a beautiful area
The apartment is spacious, cosy and had everything we needed for a wonderful week. The owners were very kind and welcoming. Kirchberg is a lovely small town in a stunning and scenic area with lots of options for hiking and enjoying the mountains. It's also close enough to a number of other destinations for day trips. We had a fantastic week and I'd highly recommend staying here.

Lovely holiday
The only disappointment was the incorrect details of the beds. Bunk beds were promised - but we were presented with double beds. Not what we wanted and very difficult to make the sleeping arrangements work. We wouldn't have booked if we had know the actual layout. Otherwise everything was great

Schoon en heerlijk koel huis met fijne matrassen om te slapen. Slaapkamers zijn ...
Schoon en heerlijk koel huis met fijne matrassen om te slapen. Slaapkamers zijn ruim, keuken van veel gemakken voorzien, koelkast voor 6 personen wat aan de kleine kant vooral met warm weer. We misten wel een lekkere bank, de bank die er in staat is er eentje waar je meer op lig dan echt zit. Buitenom is het heerlijk vertoeven, de vakantiewoning staat aan het eind van een doodlopend straatje waar meerdere vakantieappartementen/woningen staan. De supermarkten om de hoek en lekkere broodjes kun je ophalen aan de overkant bij de Shellpomp. Verder een gezellig dorpje en een omgeving waar je met gebruik van een Berg-Bahn kaart tegen( betaling) te verkrijgen heel veel mooie wandelroutes kunt lopen en fietsen. Voor kinderen zijn de belevenis Berg-Bahnen erg leuk om te bezoeken (ook leuk voor volwassenen. De Eigenaren wonen ernaast en wij kregen een warm welkom bij aankomst. Minpunt voor contact met Belvilla, wij kregen geen sleutelcode gelukkig hielp de eigenaar ons. Ook met de gastenkaart waarvan we onze gegevens moesten doorgeven voor onze reis verliep niet zoals het hoorde, gebeld met Belvilla die wisten niet eens wat een gastenkaart was, de mevrouw aan de lijn dacht dat het een cadeau kaart was en snapte er niks van, kortom die konden we niet gebruiken. maar het huis is zeker de moeite waard om nogmaals te bezoeken, ondanks wat kleine minpuntjes.

We hebben een prettig verblijf gehad bij Maria Leni. Het huisje is netjes, ruim genoeg voor 6 personen en erg compleet. De keuken is voorzien van vrijwel alle gemakken, er waren zelf koffiefilters. Daarnaast staat in de omschrijving dat er alleen bedlinnen aanwezig is. Maar bij aankomst was er ook keukenlinnen en voor ieder 2 handdoeken aanwezig. Kortom wij hebben een fijn verblijf gehad.

Aankomst prima, verhuurder(de buurman) uiterst vriendelijk, goed gelegen comfortabel huisje, fijne omgeving(alles op loopafstand). Bij aankomst hoog bedrag voor eindschoonmaak(€117) en bedwissel(€50)die nooit is gebeurd, die ook niet nodig was in een huisje met wasmachine en droger maar verplicht was om te betalen aan Belvilla, hier heeft de eigenaar niks mee te maken.

We werden warm onthaald door de eigenaren dat was natuurlijk bij toeval, het waren zeer vriendelijke mensen als we vragen hadden konden we altijd terecht. Het apertement was keurig en schoon ideaal was dat er 2 verdiepingen waren. Wij hebben met name geskied dat beviel erg goed! De ski bus stopte dicht bij huis. Wat ook ideaal was dat je je eigen parkeergarage had! Aanrader dus!!

Bij aankomst bij het huis ontvingen wij een flesje wijn van de eigenaar erg attent. De woning is netjes, voorzien van alle gewenste faciliteiten. Het was nog beter geweest om een extra stoel te hebben om aan de eettafel met 6 personen te kunnen zitten de eethoek is wat aan de kleine kant.

Uitstekende vakantie in dit huis gehad en bij aankomst super schoon! Woonkamer is wellicht t.o.v. de slaapkamers wat aan de krappe kant maar verder mankeert er niets aan. Met 6 personen lijkt het enigszins krap (alle slaapkamers ruim zat) maar zoals wij, met 4 personen, is er genoeg ruimte. De ligging is uitstekend en de supermarkt dichtbij. Ook lekkere broodjes te krijgen bij de Shell aan de overkant van de weg. Het dorp ligt op goed 5 minuten wandelen en de Badesee is met een looppad binnendoor ook dichtbij. Het pad is behoorlijk steil omhoog! Met auto is het ook te bereiken via het dorp. Mooi zwemmeer met zwembad tegen een lage prijs.
