"The Sugarbeat B&B is a great home from home, staff, food and service is top notch! Our room ‘Manilow’ was ok but noisy in the morning from 0700 with extractor fans for kitchens, plus doesn’t go off until 1100. The room low roof made it very difficult to relax, plus only one chair to watch tv or have a coffee in room. Cleanliness could be a little bit better with some stains and marks on furniture. Overall an excellent place and have booked again for April."

"It's great value for the money, having to go to the bathrooms is a drag, especially if you've had a few drinks The bathrooms are clean The building well maintained Think there's 6 parking spaces, first come first served, but as it's a hotel with a restaurant next door, you would be lucky to get one Overnight parking is across the road, if you can work it all out, parking in Norwich is expensive Restaurant is only for Vegetarians Vegans"

"We had the perfect stay. We could see the sea from our room and also got to watch some of Great Yarmouth Town V Lakenheath, as we overlooked the football ground. The room was extremely comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. Would definitely recommend! "

"What a wonderful place. The room was large and spacious with a wonderful view of the river. Meals were flavourful and plenty. I genuinely say that the breakfast was the BEST I have had in all my years of business travel. "

"The Lyndhurst was perfect for our stay as we just needed a room while visiting family. The location is perfect if you want to be super central and walking distance from the beach and attractions. The room itself was small but big enough to fit everything you need in it. Its was decorated nicely and comfortable. "

"Very attractive gastro pub off the beaten track. Excellent food and range of drinks. I was fortunate the weather was glorious so an evening in the beer garden was appreciated. The room was a good size if only a little dated. The large sash window offered little in sound proofing but had the most glorious view across a field of sunflowers. "We were given room 4, apparently it has an Infamous reputation as the lad who looks after the hotel called a few hours before check-in to ask if we wanted to find alternative accommodation due to the amount of complaints they have about this room. Unfortunately Hotels.com were not especially helpful in changing our booking and we were about to set off so opted to just keep the room. It is at the top of the hotel, 4 flight of stairs up. "In our 2-night stay we had no contact with anyone else at the hotel, but could hear othwr guests a little from our room. Check-in was easy with guidance sent in advance, and the room was cleaned well during the day. The accomodation was clean and comfortable, although the common areas were unlit during the day so quite dark. A small amount of shampoo and shower gel was provided, and the room had a kettle. For the price (£170) would have expected a decent level coffee offer and maybe a small fridge . As a frequent traveler this would be expected at this price level . Excellent stay.

"Stayed at the hotel for a wedding. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and I would definitely return to the hotel. The room was excellent with everything I needed. The bed was really comfy and the pillows were so lovely. Lovely cooked breakfast and great alternative selection. "

"One of the best Holiday Inn we have stayed at with great spa facilities including swimming, sauna, steam and jacuzzi. Also catered for gluten free, vegan and vegetarian options in breakfast and dining options. Decent breakfast with nice smoothies! We booked a premium room so had complimentary mini bar replenished everyday with free water, chocolates, crisps and pepsi. My daughter enjoyed playing in the kids area with table football, jengha and 4 in a row! Staff were very helpful and nice too. Special thanks to Laura who was more than happy to help with a smile always! Great experience and would definitely visit again!"

"We loved how this is genuinely a family friendly trip. We didn't feel uncomfortable with our kids having fun. There's good soundproofing between the rooms, the only place there's a tiny bit of noise leakage is through the door which is very normal in any hotel! We had fun in the swimming pool and the breakfast had a good selection so the kids enjoyed it and that made our lives easier. All of the staff were friendly, helpful and good with kids. We found the location perfect for day trips to BeWilderwood, Roarr and about 40mins to see the seals on the beach. There's a new bug zoo nearby too and Norwich castle but we didn't make it there. We had a brilliant time."
