Staff speak minimal English and the restaurant seemed to be vooked for a private event one night (and there just arent a lot of restaurants in walking distance, let alone open on a Tuesday). The room was tidy and efficient. The beds were low, and nicely firm."

The big two storied room was clean and pleasant. They offer a Japanese yukata which you wear throug out your stay at the hotel. "Hallways smelt poorly, carpets are stained throughout the facility. We got the 4 person japanese room (only 2 in the room) and it was adeqaute for us. Outdoor tub included with room can only hold two people, food included with half board was buffet style and wasn't very good, however had a decent selection of western, japanese and chinese cuisines."

"Very very dated hotel. Hotel was a distance away from the train station so it was inconvenient to get to the hotel with luggage and then head back to the train station for meals and head back again. There was a musky smell in the room and the countertops were dusty. We borrowed a fan from the laundry room to use in the room just to circulate the air as the aircon is not working well (in addition to the smell). Washing machine was dirty and didn’t look like it has been maintained. It was raining...
