Centrally located in Kinloch, 17 minutes from Taupo's main centre, Loch Haven is an effortless trundle to the golf course and a leisurely walk to the lake through the Whangamata Track.

Keep as busy as you like with local attractions such as New Zealand's largest lake, the Great Lake Trails and the choice of two golf courses or simply take a moment to relax and enjoy the peacefulness of the local surroundings.

Loch Haven is a single level, 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom spacious home with open plan kitchen-dining area designed with indoor-outdoor flow onto a choice of patios so you can follow the sun all day long. The floor to ceiling glazing in the dining looks directly across the greens of the Kinloch golf course with the landscaped garden and mature planting, ensuring privacy right around the house.

Cleverly thought out for the perfect holiday escape, this property has it all to keep everyone well entertained. An outdoor entertaining and BBQ area, internal garage turned games room with table tennis, darts, smart tv, board games, books and sports equipment including 2 kayaks, a mountain bike, cricket bat or grab a couple of tennis racquets and pop down to the local tennis courts.

Keep cool in the summer with air-conditioning and toasty and warm in the winter with double glazing windows and doors, wood burner, heat pump, electric heaters in the bedrooms and underflooring heating in both bathrooms.

Linen included – we are a holiday home management company who uses professionally laundered linen & towels.

Parking - 2 x off street parking + on street cul-de-sac parking. As the garage is set up for a games room, parking is not available in here.

Loch Haven is a popular location for groups of up to 8 guests.

STRICTLY no parties, events or loud groups allowed. Neighbours are close and must be respected at all times.

**Please note: There are security cameras set up at the front and rear of the property. For your privacy, these will be switched off during your stay**
