"Owner Gary and Chef Chris were very welcoming and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful house. "My wife and I stayed three nights at the Whakaipo Lodge as part of a 12 day NZ vacation. We have traveled to many countries and stayed and some wonderful venues. "We have stayed a few times at Quest Taupo and it is always good. Very easy parking even in a large vehicle and clean tidy rooms. The bed was a little uncomfortable however that is personal preference. Good location, can walk into town or to the lake fairly easily and once it is warmer im sure the pool is nice too.
