"What can I say, we'd like to go there again. Great area, great weather and a great big villa. There were 5 of us, 2 adults and 3 kids. Communication was excellent. Nadeem arranged for us to be picked up from the airport and return at the end of our two weeks. A welcome pack awaited us and Mahmut hosted us and because it was so late arriving Mahmut arranged for a local restaurant to feed us. He even gave us a ride to the restaurant. "We had brilliant time, found villa a little tired could do with some touch ups in kitchen and bathrooms. The main criticism is no shade in afternoon the outside seating area could do with being better shaded. The contact with host was great as was transfers."

"Villa Kuyu sits above the beautiful village of Kalkan. A 15 minute downhill walk into town and short taxi back. This affords the Vila stunning views. The pool and outside space is great with loungers, BBQ and dining. The villa is well appreciated and the owners help and communication was excellent. Would definitely go back."

"Perfect for getting away from it all, but still close to the lovely town of Kalkan. Cannot fault villa or service from manager. Not mentioned is the quite extensive welcome pack which is perfect if you are arriving late in the day. Pool is fairly small but it’s only a 2 minute walk to the 25m infinity pool at the club house when you want to swim rather than just cool off. Had a fabulous 10 nights here. "

"Stayed here with family ranging from 76 to 3 years old. Everyone loved the stay. Fergal is amazing to deal with and super helpful and had provided a lovely hamper of food for our arrival which was very much appreciated. The villa is what you see in the pics. Abfee snags around the property but is end of season and these things will always happen but does not take away from the beautiful fantastic stay we jadnin comfort and luxury!"

"This property was everything we wanted. It was set out well and took advantage of the amazing views. It was around the corner from The market and close enough to town to walk. It has a n olive grove to the side and is not really overlooked which was lovely. Nice quiet area which enhanced our stay. Communication with owner was great and issues were sorted quickly. If I return to Kalkan, this is where I will book. Home from home villa which had everything you needed. "
