"The stay was awesome and the proprietor was wonderful. When we first drove into the city we were concerned about our surroundings but once we arrived we couldn't have been happier. The street Kingston Bed and Breakfast was on is a treasure trove of history surrounded by houses and buildings dating back to the late 1700s, early 1800s all well preserved and welcoming. "The owner or manager was quite accommodating with early checkin for our luggage and let us use her mini refrigerator. She was very friendly and gave us a tour of this 1889 home. She made a delicious breakfast accommodating my gluten and dairy intolerance. The bed and room were totally comfortable! The only drawbacks were sharing the bathroom with the three other rooms making six people using the one bathroom. A water filter is also needed for the brown water."

"The hotel is very old and charming! It adds to the atmosphere of the area. If you’re looking for all the modern amenities this would not be the best choice. Internet was sporadic and there was no TV service which was a reminder of how old the hotel is. I thought it was a wonderful break from 2024!"

"The decorations were super cute! Everything was incredibly clean and tidy. It was super easy to check in and out. I loved staying here!!"

"The lodge was amazing. The rooms were huge and very very spacious, including the bathrooms. Extremely clean and the mattress and pillows were the most comfortable ones I’ve ever come across in a hotel room. The staff was very friendly and warm. Unfortunately they were shutting down for business and I was apparently the last guest to checkout! I wish they’d keep it running. I’d go back to the catskills just to stay there!"
