"Welcome booklet in room send a bit outdated. Paid €90 for B&B only to be informed breakfast not included so maybe just advertise as a B??. Price for double room quoted in booklet was well under the €90 charged. No drinking water supplied in room. Reluctant to stay again😟"

"This is a beautifully run family B&B just outside Dundalk. The hosts were very gracious, breakfast was excellent. I stayed two days with them at the end of my Ireland trip so it was a relaxed stay. The room and bed was comfortable and the place is well maintained. The only thing on the listing that might have helped me to locate it quicker is that it is just off the Blackrock Road turn-off going into Dundalk from the south. Traveling alone, I went by it twice without seeing the sign for the B&B...
