"Better instructions for taxi drivers to find location as the location is in rapid construction development. Once you have determined your location and recognition by Uber cabs its relatively easy to get into the city of Riyadh. As a service apartment it’s lacking basics like crockery and cutlery. If anything was lacking they would try sort it asap. The front staff Hussein and Mossad were helpful and friendly. Few local supermarkets and small takeaways shops. The food to order appears to be ‘Hunger Stations’. I would certainly use again on a business trips again and hopefully the district of An Narjis will have changed for the best. "

"Our stay at Modrest was great and so easy and comfortable. And one big reason was the staff!! They were all amazing and so attentive and ever ready to help. We were liaising with Yousef over WhatsApp even before coming and he was so helpful and gave us a lot of assurance regarding all our concerns. And I can safely say that everything he promised, he delivered! And when we arrived, we were well taken care of by the staff too, especially Aziz at the front desk and Mahfouz at the hotel lounge. They were friendly, helpful and were reachable at almost any time of the day. They were always prompt with their help too. Overall, the staff made the hotel stay extremely comfortable. "A great hotel, stayed here many times now. Close to the airport and a short drive into the city. Excellent food choices all day and the staff are absolutely incredible, always super friendly & helpful. Not the cheapest hotel but worth it."

"I needed a room near the airport for a morning flight and enjoyed my stay. The hotel is modern and the rooms were large. Breakfast was great and I also ate at the restaurant which had good food. There seemed to be some noise outside the room from the hotel fans / infrastructure but this didn't affect my sleep. The staff were all really amazing. I was especially grateful to the door staff. I had heavy luggage and when my Uber driver didn't get out of the car, a member of staff suddenly appeared and helped me. The hotel isn't far from other amenities but does feel a bit isolated. It worked well for me staying only 1 night between flights. "

"Friendly, helpful staff, especially the manager at the restaurant Mohammed. Would be great if the gym opened earlier as I like to gym before breakfast but it only opened from 11am. And also, the shower only had enough hot water for about 15mins and it wasn’t enough to shower my whole family. So we had to wait at least half an hour for more hot water. "
