Staff are not well knowledgeable about hospitality. No one cared about explaining what facilities in the hotel or what procedures I should follow during my check in. And when checked out, they never wanted to mention the return of my 500 SAR deposit money. I asked about it they said and they acted like “oh we forgot about that”, “we can only give you back in cash”. Which I didn’t use for a payment method.

Amazing experience. My room had a slight issue and spoke to the manager he upgraded me for free. What a service and what a hotel experience it was. Good location and great view
