"A beautiful house situated in a gorgeous location. We stayed for an extended family holiday - ages ranging from mid 60's to toddlers. Great bedrooms with plenty of bathrooms and a lovely aga to warm the house - even in August! Plenty of space for everyone, it never felt crowded, and all the little touches made it feel like home. "Great house for a family gathering at Christmas time - hot tub was fantastic and plenty space for 12 of us plus a little dog. Conservatory could be a little cold for winter but fortunately weather was mild and we were able to use both dining table for Christmas dinner. Location is excellent - shops; loch morlich, ice skating etc. Would highly recommend. The hosts were brilliant and happy to answer any queries. The hamper & Christmas decorations were a lovely bonus! "

Great location just on the outskirts of Aviemore and also good dog walking opportunities. Easily accessible parking, with a nice fenced dog friendly garden and a variety of seating opportunities – we were lucky with the weather and even had breakfast in the garden in March! - we loved our stay."

"Such a lovely place! We felt at home from the moment we arrived! We loved the town, the area and the lovely place. The 1st floor shower was a little awkward as it was difficult not to get the rest of the bathroom wet with no door or curtain but several of us used it with no issue. I would gladly come and stay a week if I could. PS the neighbors are also very sweet. And the heated floors were divine!"

It was clean, cosy and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. 10 min walk into aviemore and 12 min drive to landmark adventure forest. The host communicted well, confirmed our booking with a personal text messge and contacted us on the day of arrival to ensure everything went smoothly. Excellent accommodation."

"We booked Braeside to celebrate my mums 70th and it did not disappoint! The photos don't do it justice. The house was beautiful, easy to find and had everything we needed to have a fabulous weekend. Perfect base for visiting Aviemore, Grantown on Spey, Boat of Garten etc. Couldn't recommend highly enough! "

Bed and bedding was comfortable, but was only a small double bed, presumably because the room was quite small. We will stay again , but will book a bigger room next time."
