"Just back from a wonderful 10 days at Elounda Eleon Villas. Maria and Ilias are great hosts and Zetta a fantastic housekeeper who kept our villa spotlessly clean. Loved the location of our villa which had spectacular views to the sea. The pool was a welcome relief to the hot sun. The owners are lovely and make sure you have everything you need. The only welcome pack was 2 bottles of water, there was wine there but he advised this was €12 a bottle. "The spacious villa with fabulous views is good for a large group, with air conditioning throughout. However, in one bedroom, the air conditioning unit was leaking and when it was fixed, the unit outside made a loud noise, so we had to change bedroom to avoid waking others! The bathrooms are all in need of renovation - for this price, it's not OK to find broken shower fixtures and toilet seats that come detached. "A lovely place, situated conveniently close to beaches, various restaurants, local shops and a 'mini'market'. Free parking is available uncovered or covered. None of the properties around the 20m x 10m pool look at each other, increasing your privacy. The only downside was the management dealing with problems etc. We advised them that the TV was not working. They said that that they would arrange for an engineer to come out, but nobody came."

"A very modern, perfectly equipped property, amazing swimming pool, wonderful little beach with cristal clear water down the stairs of the property, garden and pool area in the same perfect condition as the apartment. Perfect location also for trips and hikes in the area. Our only regret was that we had to leave after 5 nights. Highly recommendable!"
