"The place is unique in my opinion because of a personal touch, attention to details and amazing people working there. I stayed twice in The Spice Ship with my partner, while we're working in the area. There is also a restaurant with very good food. I don't want to stay anywhere else now. "

"The competency and friendliness of the staff is exceptional from initial welcome, to cleaners, we had a lovely stay at the Antelope in fact this was our second visit, and wouldn't hesitate to stay again or reccomend. it's ideally placed or shops, quayside Nd transport links. Loads of top notch restaurants and pubs too makes it a great weekend away. "

"Very nice pub/restaurant with some rooms above it away from the hustle and noise of the main towns close by. Very friendly staff throughout my stay, food was great in the evening. Decent night sleep so would stay here again when in the area. "

"A wonderful visit to this beautiful, well run and happy pub. Genuinely a delight to spend time here. All the staff are excellent, special recognition to Elijah, Hobbs and Kelly for being above and beyond brilliant. Also, Adam made checking in quick and easy. Car park is handy and the number plate system is very simple to use. Food was delicious (we ate in both evenings) and the chef was very happy to accommodate our special dietary needs. "Perfectly decent pub accommodation, in a separate building set back from the pub which is ideal in case is worried about noise. Fairly basic facilities (note no toiletries are provided) but a nice touch having a small fridge with free bottled water and proper milk for tea/coffee!"
