"A truly wonderful stay at Calm Sea guesthouse. The owners, Mel and Trish couldn’t be more accommodating, providing restaurant recommendations and discounts and nothing was too much trouble. "Fantastic place to stay! Very clean and well maintained period property with an interesting history! Our room was also very clean, with a good shower in the en-suite bathroom. There are good tea/coffee making facilities in the room, even a mini-fridge for keeping everything fresh. Everything was replenished daily, even the lovely selection of biscuits! "I arrived late, but Chris had given me info on how to access my room, which made it very easy. My room was clean, comfortable and quiet. I needed to leave earlyish and the time for my breakfast was brought forward. The breakfast was a really good, with plenty of choice and cooked to perfection. Also, the hotel is conveniently close to the train station. I would definitely stay again if I find myself back in Bournemouth "
