"The staff were friendly and showed us to our room. I believe there were only stairs to each floor. The rooms were a little dated. The bed was quite hard if that's something you prefer. I also had a little trouble with the temperature in the shower in the mornings (it wouldn't stay at one temperature). For the money it's ok and it's in the good location for boscombe and the beach but not sure I would stay there again."

"I booked late and last minute through an app, but it was no problem. After over 5 hours of driving I was ready to relax and sleep and Bay Tree was perfect for this. I booked the single room with ensuite so had to climb to the top floor but did this with ease, even with three bags. The room was clean and wonderfully comfortable. Pre-ordered breakfast for the following day and then settled down for the evening in a huge room with comfy seats, a big bed and a lovely bright and clean bathroom.
