"First Trip to the area. The property met all of our needs in terms of basic amenities and has a nice view of the lake. The location is good....it is a short drive to get into town (Neenah) and an easy drive to Green Bay. Overall, very satisfied with the property and stay. I/we would recommend this property! "

"Just came to Oshkosh for a short visit with friends and family. Lived in the area for 70 years and moved to Georgia six years ago. So just back for a short visit. House was clean and comfortable."

"We use this property as a late Christmas get together and it was perfect! There is plenty of space for everyone to spread out and have a good time. The hot tub was a hit and we would love to stay there in the summertime when the pool is open outside."

"This is a great property! Pool area was very nice and the water was a perfect temperature. Comfortable beds and furniture in the living spaces. Plenty of sheets, towels, and blankets. Kitchen is well stocked with all the cookware that we needed. Close to shopping and restaurants too. Will definitely go back!! "

"We had 8 of us stay at the house comfortably, we also had a bbq with local family and friends. The sunrise and sunset on the lake were beautiful. "

"We had a nice time for a week with some old friends. We sat at the lakeside for hours watching the water birds. The house is well equipped, very clean and nicely decorated. We would rent again if we would be back in the area."

"We had a such a wonderful time at the Appleton property. It is in a very quiet neighborhood. The home was very large, well decorated and made us feel at home. It was so nice to not live out of suitcase. It had all to conveniences of home, dishwasher, washer, dryer, large kitchen and two bathrooms. A very large family room, formal dining room and formal living room. The four bedrooms were very comfortable. We look forward to renting this property again when we are in the Appleton area. "
