"The room was exactly as described and as photographed. Cute decor. Clean. Comfy bed. A bit on the small side but comfortable for a couple. There were some reviews that mentioned road noise. It didn't bother me; however a noise machine was provided if needed. Very convenient to Ruby Falls and Lookout Mountain. Would definitely stay again. "

"The room was exceptionally clean, housekeeping did a fabulous job (even folded my son's pizza blanket to look like a slice of pizza), we were treated like VIPs and were able to use the laundry facility even after we checked out, to finish up laundry. The manager Clarissa is wonderful lady and made us feel like home during our stay. Breakfast was perfect both days and parking was very convenient for being so close to downtown. We will book our stays at this hotel anytime we are in Chattanooga from now on."
