"Cottage was great, very bright and lots of room for five adults. We used the wood burning fireplace every evening, and spent the days on the upper deck which has wonderful views. There was lots of comfortable outdoor seating and the area was very quiet. There is no Wi-Fi but the cell phone reception was very good. The satellite TV had lots of channels. Check in was easy with the key code. We will return. "

"Nice location and great access to bala groceries and shops. Nice little beach. Nice kayaks, older paddle boat, and shallow water for little kids. Cottage is aging and kept up well. Pillows, linens, and beds are basic and adequate. Great air conditioning. Small washer and dryer was a must for two little kids. Host took a while to respond to messages and there were no checkout instructions, even after sending a message, other than depart by 1100 from the checkin message v"

"Three generation of our family really enjoyed our cottage stay. The cottage was well appionted, the access to the lake was easy for all ages and the outdoor space amazing. We only had one rainy day which took us into Gravenhurst for their great famers market; wonderful straberries and corn! Cara was a very attentive host and was quick to respond to any questions we had. Would definetly recommend Richview to other families."

"A lovely cottage and a super spot. The house has amazing views over the lake for bedrooms and living spaces. A great seating area with fire pit close to the shore was well used and we managed to explore the lake in the canoes provided in the garage. There are no children’s buoyancy aids so best bring your own to avoid some upset little ones. "

"The cottage is located on a little lake within the town of Bracebridge. This made getting to and from the Bracebridge Sportsplex very simple. We love the spaciousness cottage. It had everything we needed and then some. Our only issue was the fact that we could not drink the water. Also, because we had swimmers staying with us attending a swimming camp, a washer and dryer would’ve come in handy. I’ll be the owner was amusing!
