"This flat is really well located near shopping and dining. We could walk to shop & walk to the local sights. We had good instructions for parking off site. Hint, use the B & Q parking to load and unload. The small kitchen could have been stocked with better glassware. The bins are located in the driveway around the corner. Good bed and linens. "An old characterful house in a lovely location. Comfortable lounge with lots of seating, well-appointed kitchen downstairs. Upstairs..spacious bedrooms and bathroom. Worked well for our family of grandparents, parents and siblings and two small children to attend a family wedding nearby. Clear instructions were left. It was ideal for us."

"3 families (6 adults and rest teenagers / kids) get together for 4 nights Had supermarket deliver for first night and spent the rest of the week enjoying each others company ! The kids loved the games room, swimming pool , we set up badminton and was other garden games too - we spent evenings playing bored games, so much quality time and phones / tablets hardly touched !! Plenty of space to spread out too and spend time alone or with different groups of people ! We also had enough space...

"The holiday break was perfect for us as we were three separate households but one family. Luckily the weather was very good enabling walks from the accommodation and outside play on the lawn area. We made full use of the excellent on site farm shop and the swimming pool which was near by. Norwich is a very nice city to visit, and my wife and I called at Diss on our journey to the farm, again well worth a visit. This was a happy family time to celebrate our 50th wedding aniversary"

"The property was clean and sizeable, which was as great for 5x adults looking to have individual rooms. The property was central - 10 minute walk to pubs and 20 minutes to the main bury st Edmund’s streets. Would recommend"

"A great spot to stay for a family wedding in town! We enjoyed the hot tub and needed help with a few things and Helen was amazing and very prompt with helping. We asked for fans and she had them the next morning!!! Amazing. Rafa (the dog) hung around and we enjoyed his company."

"Cleanliness was spot on, even to my high standards. Appreciated the little details dotted around the place too. Purpose of the visit was to see some family members so when we return (hopefully in the not too distant future), I will certainly strongly consider returning. "

"The home was warm and inviting when we arrived and there was a lovely welcome package waiting for us, which was very much appreciated. The property was very comfortable, cosy and well catered for with lovely log fires. Also a very large garden. Angie has prepared carefully for guests in the current coronvirus conditions and changes the cushions and throws on each visit, which is great to know. Lovely place - thanks! Helen"

"We travelled up from Devon (myself & husband) and London (sons & partners), and after a long, challenging journey we were delighted to find a beautiful, clean and comfortable base for our stay. The location was perfect for meeting up with family for a meal at the Oaksmere hotel (5 min walk), for attending the wedding in Eye (2km away) and the reception in Upper Oakley (also 2km away). The comfortable lounge/ seating area was perfect for us all to watch the Coronation on the large TV screen, and...

"We absolutely loved our two weeks staying at Debbie’s cottage right next to the Bailey Gate in Castle Acre. Everything was perfect, from the ease of pre-stay communication to the very smooth check-in/out process. We stayed 4 adults and 2 children (3 and 8) and found the cottage to be an excellent choice for a family with children. Castle Acre is a beautiful and very safe and child-friendly village, conveniently located for day trips to the beach, Sandringham Castle and everything else Norfolk...

A lovely lit patio patio area to enjoy a drink on warm summers night.

"My partner and myself stayed here for 2 nights. The pod it's self is tidy, clean, small kitchenette with microwave and toaster, also there is a breakfast hamper, the fridge is stocked with the basics. The pod opens out onto a beautifully kept Japanese garden with Koi pond. Ian and Caz are great hosts and are at the end of a text or call if there are any problems. There is also a hot tub available which just topped off this amazing little retreat. Myself and Darren will definately be coming back....

Another Great Stay!

"Have stayed here before - so that should be recommendation on its own! Food in the restaurant is great and reasonably priced. We stayed in the Singh room - large comfortable bed, which was great. Room was a little chilly when we first arrived, but soon warmed up when we adjusted the heater. Very convenient for Tesla superchargers! The only slight annoyance - the bathroom bin hadn't been emptied - but no major problem. No doubt we will be back again!"

"This beautiful best western was such a relief to stay in. They were hospitable and courteous. The staff had just catered to an entire wedding through their weekend and notably regular business and were more than on it for the two of us. They had a very kind bartender who served us and us alone on the Sunday evening. And he was wonderful. Our food was well prepared and the room stay was both quiet and cozy. Thank you for your hospitality. We will surely visit again."
