"Village location in the yorkshire dales. Parking available but not guaranteed immediately outside of the apartment. Simple kitchen, but good enough to make meals. Comfy beds (2 doubles), good bathroom and living area (also has a sofa bed). Perfect for a weekend away to explore the local area. Would stay again."

"Lovely property in a peaceful location with fantastic views over the reservoir and up the valley. Perfect for our stay and with a secure store for bikes. Some fantastic rides up on the moors. Excellent and friendly host. Only downside was all local pubs don’t open on Monday or Tuesday so take food or be prepared to drive to Pateley Bridge."

"We had a lovely three night stay in the Granary. The cottage was vary welcoming when we arrived and had everything we needed. It is tastefully decorated and very comfortable. We loved the private garden and hot tub. We are hoping to return and would definitely recommend."

"What an amazing find! we were walking the dales way and had walked from Appetreewick that day, we arrived later than expected. The snug was perfect. checking in was simple and made really easy with great communication. what a lovely property, really well decorated, warm and super clean. really appreciated the crumpets and fruit and loved the bed what a treat after such a tiring day. "Really lovely property to stay in for a family Christmas. All our dogs loved it too safe garden for them and plenty of space in utility area for all dog paraphernalia.Aga was okay to use and most things we needed were provided.Games room was excellent as was the hot tube"

"We had a wonderful stay at the Firs, it was perfect for the two of us. The warm welcome and explanation of the apartment was amazing and the cleanliness and amazingly comfortable bed were perfect after a long flight. Although our visit was mostly consumed visiting new grand children we were pleased by the short proximity to Ilkley restaurants and pubs and all the hiking and biking we didn't partake in but would be ideal for other guests. We'll be back!"

"Cottage is a good standard, great for a pit stop. Stayed for 2 nights. Very impressed with the Willow restaurant, gorgeous food. Piping hot, seems to be a theme around these parts, something I really appreciate! A bit disappointed that breakfast was only served until 9:30. "

"This place was a little piece of heaven. Immaculate, cozy, well, appointed in a lovely hamlet with a river across the street, a nearby sandwich shop and the Red Lion pub a stones throw away. We stayed for four nights and had bucolic walks to Grassington along the river and to the Bolton abbey for another fine walk. The Dales are magic and there are plenty of pictaresque scenes to greet. We didn’t want to leave."
