The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located spacious home. BearForceOne is the flagship rental property of Killington Mountain Homes, conveniently located on route 4 and the access road. This home has been designed specifically for rental use from the ground up. Completed in 2023, the home has been thoughtfully designed by an architect and built to high standards by local tradespeople for optimal use as a short term rental.
The custom home is over 4000 ft.². Served by six state of the art heat pumps, every room has its own temperature control for heat and air conditioning. First enter through a spacious mudroom with plenty of room for all of your adventure gear. There is a custom built 9 foot slate pool table previously owned by a famous baseball player. The game room also has a foosball table and an arcade. A 75 inch TV is available for watching and streaming any of your favorites. Two bedrooms and a large shared bathroom complete the first floor.
Continue up the stairs to a living space with four luxuriously appointed bedrooms. Two are en suite and the other two bedrooms share a hallway bathroom. This floor has a large walk out deck with a massive 8 person hot tub and gorgeous views of the green mountains.
Our building is located conveniently on Route 4 near the Killington access road, we have shuttle stop in front and are across the street from a deli, market and alcohol store. The home is on the back side facing the mountain views, our 2 acre property dips down to a river in the back and beyond that is a large park and forest preserve, providing natural views for miles.
BearForceOne is located in the back 2/3 of the Killington Mountain Homes building on Route 4, facing the mountain views. We are directly on the shuttle bus stop. We are near the corner of the Killington Access Road, making it quick and easy to shuttle or drive anywhere in the Killington resort area. You have access to your own private parking, which can hold up to 10 vehicles and there is overflow parking if more is needed.
Please note that the hot tub will be unavailable November 11th through November 22nd.

- Please cover the hot tubs when not in use. You acknowledge that use of the hot tubs is at your own risk and that special risks may be involved in using a hot tub. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury, other harm, or death arising from or associated with use of the hot tubs and hold the owner and property manager harmless.
- The bunk beds (should you choose to use them) have attached ladders to access the top level. In renting this house, you agree to hold the owner harmless for any injury, other harm, or death resulting from the use of the ladders and bunk beds.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm - 7am. We use Minut, smart home technology that measures volume levels throughout the property and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. Minut is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. If you have any questions, please ask. We are committed to your comfort so please let us know if we can do anything during your stay to make it more enjoyable.
- Our entire home is non-smoking (e-cigs included). You may only smoke outdoors. There is a $500 fine for smoking in the house.
- The fire pit must be attended at all times when burning a fire. At the end of its use, extinguish the fire entirely.
