"Booked hotel because of pool and spa facility. At reception was told no spa available for our stay. Pool good but no after swim facilities available, no wet costume drier or even wet costumes bag, so had to wrap in towel."

"Overnight stay en route home. Room was well presented, clean and tidy. Three spoilers, 1 stairs and landings looked as though they hadn’t been cleaned for weeks. 2 Fire alarm (false alarm) went off at 00.20 and other guest said this was a regular occurrence. 3 No hot water in bathroom no matter how ..."
