"The hotel itself is wonderful. Service was very good. Staff at the lounge and other restaurants were friendly and very professional. The food was far above expectations. Our only issue was that the room we booked was located on level -1(the basement). It was selected because it was advertised as a garden view with a balcony. "View and property is unbelievably beautiful! Breakfast was delicious. Staff great. I would definitely stay here again. Beds were ok - only area they could improve is better linens and beds. But….the view, service and delicious breakfast make up for that. Clientele while we were there was a little bit older but made for a quiet relaxing stay. Book the lake view room!
