"We really enjoyed our stay at this oceanfront condo. It was quiet and convenient to all our favorites. The condo was equipped with all our needs. The only issue we had was the main tv did not work and the 60 steps up to the 3rd floor, other than that, wished it had an elevator. "

"Break time was a lovely vacation get a way. The home was clean, well supplied and had everything we needed to check in. Since we were traveling with a baby, the pool/splash area was great for us. The restaurants we found were excellent, although coming on a holiday weekend made the wait for a table longer. The only issue was that the roof was being replaced during our stay. "The house was exactly as pictured. Communal living spaces were comfortable. Bunk room could use more comfortable mattresses,but they were not terrible. Easy access to the beach. This is a 3rd story walk up. There is a cargo lift for luggage."

"We were there for 3 nights in March, and only 2 or 3 other condos in the building appeared to be rented at the time. This is an older but well maintained property with comfortable beds and furnishings, adequate kitchen appliances, cookware, utensils, etc. We did hear neighbors above us (heavy footsteps, moving of furniture, etc). I imagine it might be more noisy and feel less like an ocean retreat if all the condos were occupied, in the peak season."

"Great views from the 3rd floor of the beach from the balcony. Walking distance to Goomby’s for supper. Yes there are stairs and no elevator but there is a luggage lift for your stuff. The view is worth the steps. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Would stay again. "
