"We have stayed at many rentals, and this is by far our favorite! We discovered it during Covid and we keep going back. It was so special and so comfortable and we find new things to do in every season. Bette is the kindest host ever and her helpers are excellent as well. We had a beautiful snowy weekend and she made sure we were safe and plowed out. She is always making improvements to this beautiful place and sometimes we even miss the days that WIFI was spotty lol. "This cabin with its amazing view was a wonderful place to relax after days of hiking and kayaking. We spent our morning sipping coffee on the front porch and also had our dinners at the little table there as well. The fire pit was a nice place to sit and look up at the stars- so many! It was so quiet. The cabin is super clean, comfy beds, well-stocked kitchen, very well taken care of and a close location to Alleghany State Park. Highly recommend staying here!"

Not a single detail was left out and there are so many personal touches that added to the whimsy and tranquility of this beautiful place. The view of the lush green rolling hills paired with the impeccable, warm hospitality from the hosts made our stay something to remember. My only regret is that we didn’t get to stay longer....
