"We loved the fact this apartment had a good private patio, which caught the morning sun. This is not true for most apartments in the complex, so a definite advantage! The apartment was well maintained, and the rooms a good size. Bed very comfortable. kitchen had everything needed. Only down side was there was no connection to TV channels, and this was not fixed while we were there. The site and location is stunning! We'd definitely consider staying again."

"This is a perfect apartment for a small group to visit Fort William. It has a parking spot if you are driving yourself. It put us in driving range ti visit the Isle of Skye. Takes a whole day to do but worth it if you get over that way"

"We loved our stay in the historic hideaway on Lochness. It was lovely to sit high above in the gorgeous abbey and view the lake and hills around. The town was very close and easy to get basic necessities from groceries to Chinese takeaway. Hiking the trail on the hill across the lake was a real highlight of my time with its rolling hills and sheep. The roads around the area were hair raising as an American driver and the isle of Skye had the craziest single lane two way roads so it made day...

"The property owner was helpful whenever I had a question and the place was clean. The location is a small walk to town but there are sidewalks all the way and it is right by a bus station if you won’t want to walk. You get a good view of the Loche and there is food in the fridge for breakfast. Great value for the price."

"We very much enjoyed our stay in the raven Wing apartment. It had everything we needed. It had everything advertised. Communication with the management was very easy and they were very responsive. When our clothes dryer died they sent someone to pick up our wet clothes, take them out get them dried and folded and returned them the same night. I could not ask for better service."

"We never got an email with the code for the key safe. Contacted VRBO and was on hold for ages. I was given the phone number for the owner who we phoned and he contacted us back after some time. He gave us the code and was apologetic but still waiting for up date from yourselves. We got into the property some 2 hours late which wasn't a good start to our break. Communication had been good to this part. Accommodation suited us and great location. Would use again for a group of lads"

"We recently spent a week in the Raven Wing apartment. It was clean, well equipped and comfortable. The photos accurately depict the apartment. The old abbey (now the Highland Club) is a beautiful old building. It is about a 3 minute walk from the apartment to the heart of Fort Augustus with its restaurants and shops. "We were disgusted when we arrived. The kitchen floor was taped up and tiles were loose. My husband is disabled so this was so dangerous for him. Paint around winvdows had mould on them. Moved radiator cover and floor was filthy. No mirror in bathroom or toilet roll holder. Everything lacked any attention to detail or personality. Luckily holiday company was fantastic and was able to move us on quickly"
