"Warm welcome, fuss free check in. Room easy to find and was clean and comfortable. Plenty of toiletries in the bathroom. Lovely pod coffee machine. We used the spa and facilities. The only negative i can say is that it was very busy so we had no where to sit. People put towels on the beds but didnt use them for a long time. Breakfast was good. Small selection but plenty of options."

"No email/text or phone call to communicate the stay was cancelled. Messages on the app that i didnt know i needed.Travelled almost 2 hours in poor weather conditions with a toddler, to phone the place and the ‘office be closed’. Phoned help line which is in india who just kept telling me to wait 1 hour. 3 times!!! "

"This area was very convenient to everything. We were on the top floor 52 steps up. No lift. It wasn’t a problem for us but it may be for some. No contact entry was nice. Good communication. "
