One allocated parking space available for each flat on the driveway, as signposted. If you have more than one car, you can use “on street” parking spaces alongside Cromwell way which is less than 2 mins walk (Please see the pictures).

The house is located about 5 miles from Oxford city centre. There are a few bus stops with direct access to Oxford City Centre or Bicester village a few minutes’ walk away from the house. (Please see the pictures).

。 2 mins walk from Miller & Carter Steakhouse.

Kidlington is a large village in Oxfordshire, England, between the River Cherwell and the Oxford Canal, 5 miles north of Oxford and 7 miles south-west of Bicester. The population is around 13,723. It is a lively village in its own right, with plenty of services and amenities, including a sports centre, independent shops, larger supermarkets and a small market held on the High Street on Fridays and Saturdays.

Kidlington is a strange mix of extremely expensive and posh houses, such as those along Mill Street, and nasty 70s housing estate houses. On the whole it's a pretty safe town.

Oxford Zoo was a zoo in Kidlington, just north of the city of Oxford in Oxfordshire, England. It was opened in 1931 and closed in 1937. Animals at the zoo included an American brown bear, a bison, a camel, an elephant, two leopards, three lions, two llamas, two polar bears, and wolves.

It has as many 18th-century Georgian buildings as modern houses. Until the Enclosure acts in 1818, a large area south of the village was unenclosed common land and the village widely known as Kidlington-on-the-Green. The land was built up as Garden City just before the Second World War...

The location of the flat is great and guests can have quick and easy bus access to Oxford, Bicester, Blenheim Palace in Woodstock and Oxford Airport etc.
The property is also located 1 mile, around 15-20 mins walk from Oxford Parkway train station with direct train to Bicester village and London Marylebone.
There is also very easy road access to London, M40, Midland, A34, A40 and all of the surrounding towns and cities in all directions.

There is an allocated parking space for each flat, as signposted on the parking slots. In case you have more than 1 car, I recommend that you park your second car on "Cromwell Way" which is around 150m away from the house and it is around 1-2 mins walk.

The flat has a small private patio/garden, but also has access to a large communal garden.

All of the large bins are also located at the back of the garden behind the fences, signposted for each flat.
