"Spent 5 nights and found the room really convenient for long stays. They have microwave, e-stove, washing machine, along with cooking and dining utensils. The hotel is around 6-7minutes walk from Toei Oedo line so even-though not right at Shinjuku, it was still easy to get around, especially when you don’t need to take JR lines that are more expensive. Had a bit of unpleasant misunderstanding with one of the staff at the end after check out, but the other staff were very helpful and polite. I definitely consider to stay here again for my next Tokyo trip. "

"My stay was wonderful! The staff are all so very nice and helpful. I chatted with people of all ages and I saw several family & friend groups. The room and common spaces are kept very clean. There are lockers to secure valuables and personal items on your floor. I was pleasantly surprised that there is a kitchen and I was able to cook a few meals which was a huge plus for me. There are pictures of the kitchen space in the listing but I didn’t find it clearly identified as an amenity. Very close to the train station and a number of grocery stores, convenience stores and restaurants. I’d recommend."

"Great staff despite our inability to communicate in Japanese. Front desk even helped us to track down a package that we had sent from Amazon. They went above and beyond in terms of customer service. I took a star off for room cleanliness as there was a used popsicle stick left on the headboard of our bed by the previous guest. The rest of the room was immaculate. "

"Our two night stay was comfortable and very convenient. Walking distance to shopping, dining, and the park / Zoo! If we ever come back to Kichijoji, we will definitely rebook at the REI. Thank you!"

"Loved this hotel! The location was perfect with lots of shopping and restaurants around, including a lovely bagel and coffee shop inside the hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The record player in the room was a fun touch!"
