The hotel features upscale modern design with Scandinavian influence to provide a calming sanctuary during our stay. Luggage carts were available and the second elevator that opens to the parking garage allowed for luggage carts to go directly to the room without going through the lobby. The Reception attendant was friendly, helpful, annd professional. She provided restaurant recommendations, of which we chose a delicious option: Hanoi on Manning. Finishes within the public areas and the room were premium and aligned with the overall design theme for the hotel to support a bespoke, restful, and enjoyable stay! "
