"A beautiful villa in a great location. We were able to walk to the local village in less than 10 minutes which has great places to eat and a well stocked, small shop. Lovely view to the hills and sea with an easy drive to the nearest beach in 5 minutes. The villa is well maintained and really comfortable with a lovely outside area with large table and chairs for eating, plus great sunbeds and a plenty of shade. The pool is clean and great for a family. The teenage boys loved the downstairs...

"This property was the highlight of our vacation! We had the most relaxing few days possible. The hosts were lovely, the accommodations were extremely clean and the view was amazing. The listing description was a bit vague, it turned out the property was even better than we had expected. The location was great but you definitely need access to a vehicle for food, beaches, etc. and the road up to the villa is a bit rough. But if you’ve spent time driving around Crete this shouldn’t be a problem."

"We have just enjoyed 2 weeks at the lovely villa Stella hosted by the very helpful and friendly Alexandros. Immaculately clean and with the basic supplies, coffee, tea, bread, home grown grapes, bread and salad ready and waiting for us on arrival. We were even treated to a bottle of the owners own grown olive oil. Simply couldn’t ask for more. The road to the house is very steep so a good car is essential. Would definitely recommend. "

"We had a great stay. The villa location is spectacular. Close enough to Agia Galini to be convenient yet with a lovely feeling of isolation. Agreeing with previous guests we would recommend a 4x4 for the track to the villa. Highly recommended."

And it has also a very high quality standard: windows and bathrooms work as expected, every window has a fly screen, in the kitchen there is anything you need for cooking. That is much different to houses we rented before: There was always at least one issue with the bathrooms per stay, kitchens were not complete (people seem to go out dining every day), and a lot of the equipment of the houses is just cheap and...

"We spent a week here and went out everyday sightseeing and to different beaches, with lots of walks! Kamilari has a nice feeling about it, very friendly locals, some great Tavernas and a very well stocked supermarket. Not forgetting The Blues bar for cocktails! Vangelis and Tanya are really lovely people and the house was perfect Tanya even made me a birthday cake for my 60th!!"
