"We loved our stay! The resort was newer, and on a beautiful and quiet beach, and the service was exceptional! The staff was very attentive. We use the spa twice and it was amazing! Special shout out to Mon and Koi at the spa! Restaurant food was very good with a lot of options. We did not do the meal plan due to the limited menu choices for dinner. The regular menu has a lot of options. The resort is close to the airport and away from the busy part of town. However there isn’t much in the immediate area and nothing is walkable. Our room was exceptional!! It’s big with all amenities. There are some quiet shady areas to sit near the beach but space fills up quickly. Beach is great for swimming and lounging. Pools are nice too although we had our own pool, which was great too! A big thanks to the staff. They were all SO nice and accommodating. "

"I love everything about this resort! Except the distance from the major areas and activities. But you can easily get to for a reasonable price with Bolt app. Customer Service superb! Maintenance of property is excellent. Its so big that you need a week to see everything, lol. Complimentary Trolly service around the property. Within walking distance of a few stores, souvenir spots, massages, and local food options. It has a waterpark, dining options, a small market, spa services, and buffet style options. I wish it was more options for breakfast. Would highly recommend, great value, and worth booking."

"We were disappointed for not be able to swim due to very low tide. Had to walk 30 minutes to find a bear by swimming area. The pool is very large and goof for swimming lovers "

"we stayed in Bayan tree hotel in Phuket for 4 days and we couldn’t be happier for staying here. the hotel and villa we stayed at was very spacious and thai/tropical style. the hotel service is one of the best available and they were always ready to serve us. The on premises amenities such as the gym and spa were very good. The breakfast has a large selection of food and looking out on the lake side which was a splendid view. I have to also thank the welcoming staff in the hotel, made the experience very memorable. Will come back again soon"
