"First time in Krabi. The hotel is beautiful. Very clean . With a lot of amenities. All the staff were very nice and professional. We stayed on a high end room. The room had a king bed , soaking tub and shower , jacuzzi, sun, and tanning area. Room service and laundry service.. I will definitely be returning. Thank you for making our stay magical. "Shout out to David and Tina - the two remarkable folks managing the kids activities. You both made a huge difference to our kids and the overall trip - thanks so much! The hotel is nice - the breakfasts aren't anything you are going to write a review about - but they are fine and varied and not too bad. The restaurant at the beachside pool is very yummy if a bit expensive. Don't miss dinner there with the trio of young ladies singing and the fireshow - lots of fun. The pools were the highlight of the trip! We were happy to be in one of the poolside family suites and it worked really well for us. The downside as others have mentioned were the folks at the front desk - perfunctorily friendly and absolutely unhelpful - don't ask them for anything, don't lose anything, don't have any special requests because it's not going to happen. They may acknowledge an issue, but they won't actually do anything about it. Having said that - it's a nice place with nice people - you'll enjoy it."

"Amazing location.easy walk to the beach to grab long tail boats to Railay. Very clean and nice rooms. Convenient cheap laundry that charges by Kg right in front of the hotel. Friendly staff and very nice breakfast. "

"Great location with close proximity to the beach as well as shopping and food. Was tucked back off the main strip so that it was quiet. Staff were so kind, hotel was very clean, great pool, and wonderful breakfast. Would definitely recommend. "

"Lovely hotel in the centre of town and a short walk to the beach. Clean, friendly and had a great little gym and modern, tasty restaurant. We only stayed 1 night and was on the front of the hotel as we had requested mountain view. The street outside is very noisy and may have been an issue if we stayed longer, but as we went to bed late and rose early, then we actually were not affected by outside noise. Very nice hotel if staying in town, very good quality."

"We stayed at Avani Resort from February 9th to 13th, 2025, and had a lovely experience. The resort is beautifully maintained with stunning beach views. It is conveniently located on a lively street with plenty to do, including shops and a water taxi station within walking distance. The staff at the pool area and spa were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. We particularly enjoyed a wonderful massage at the spa and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing experience. A word of caution regarding the WiFi: it asks for your email to connect, and after I connected, my email account was blocked, with multiple unauthorized attempts to access it. Thankfully, I had security measures in place, but I had to disconnect from the WiFi. I suggest using a SIM card for internet access instead. The buffet was good, though breakfast could use a little improvement. One small suggestion: it would be nice if there was a designated area for smokers at the rooftop. We don’t smoke, and I personally get migraines from cigarette or cannabis smoke, which is quite common in Krabi. A separate smoking area would make the experience more enjoyable for everyone. Overall, we had a wonderful time at Avani Resort and would happily recommend it to others."

"Absolutely exceptional! Such an amazing hotel with the most friendly and helpful staff! The pool was amazing, the rooms were clean, I have nothing bad to say! The location is a little out of the way but just a short walk from all the action and I liked being away from the craziness while still being close by. The staff at the front desk were amazing! I can’t sing their praises enough! Highly recommend! "
