"Its relatively new property. Staff is helpful. RO water refills are available for free in glass bottles. Manager helped us plan the itinerary and he and his front desk staff always remained eager to help us with permits, sight seeing, info on shopping, local cuisine and places to go. "

"Not bad, but not great. Hot water was iffy. Checkout is at 8am! Who's up at 8am when on vacation? Had a leaking sink that they just couldn't fix, which meant water leaked out onto my sink and floor. Had some issues with service personnel. Kind of hard to find. I would not recommend it. At the same time, it was okay. Food was great, and they fed us breakfast and supper. Place was really clean. "

"I really enjoyed both my stays at The Pal. It's a very nice property, well-kept, a convenient short walk from the main market. The stroll down the street never got old. The room was tidy. The shower was plenty refreshing after an 8-day trek. Breakfast was good. The staff was especially friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed my time at The Pal and look forward to staying again next time I visit wonderful Leh. "

"I went to Leh towards end of January for a peaceful retreat, the staff of this hotel made my experience amazing. They helped me plan the perfect itinerary and arranged for transportation. "The manager and staff were absolutely wonderful. We ended up staying a second time when we had to return early from a trip. Location was great because it was away from the busy areas but walkable into Leh Market, etc. in just 10 minutes. Nice family feel to the place, would highly recommend. "
