"We almost missed our flight that morning. The hotel staff and manager are dishonest. they booked us a taxi to the airport early in the morning but when we stepped out to look for our taxi, we noticed another hotel guest getting in. They passed on our booking to someone else for more money. Didn't care if we made it to the airport. They will do anything for extra money. Not ethical, not trustworthy. I give this hotel a thumbs down."

"Front office staff and manager were professional. I have stayed in better options for the money in the area, it would suit those who want help arranging their touristic activities. I would have rated is as a good hotel option if not for the noise. The conversation from other floors is clearly audible (it's a bit of an echo chamber) and I was woken by loud talking at 5am. Then a loud staff member woke me at 630am, as he was cleaning the room next door and talking loudly. Breakfast isn't until 8am...

"The TIH New Glacier View is located centrally within walkable distance of Leh Market. Room had a large room heater which kept the room temperature at 22 deg C while the outside was 0 deg C. Good food. Courteous staff. "

"The room was relly stink on arrival. Smelly and sheets haven't been washed for a long time. Was told that blanket was washed 2 months ago. The room was really cold and heat was turned on for like only 3 hours from 8pm. The stair case was a difficult task due to design and low atmospheric pressure in the region. We were assigned the third floor. Expedia charged 5000inr for this room, it was learnt from hotel personnel that that room goes for 1500inr. So we were charged over 3 times the price by...
