"We stayed in one of the villas with a private pool. Big, comfy bed, good water pressure from the showers, jasmine scented soaps / shampoos were very nice. The outdoor tub was excellent and filled very quickly (less than 5 minutes). Very relaxing atmosphere and they did a great job separating all the pool areas to make it feel like a smaller hotel, despite it being a big resort. Garden areas were beautiful and well maintained. If you're staying in the villas around NYE, be prepared for some noise...

"Lovely property but so far from everything. No shuttle service we had to walk 23000 steps to get to the first shopping centre. You can use bolt no grab . If you don't have a car it's not worth it ."

"We stayed for 5 nights in an Oceanbed Jacuzzi Vila. From the moment we arrived, all the staff were very welcoming and attentive. The villa was fantastic - great size, very clean, comfy bed. Great attention to detail in the hotel and resort. We mainly used the pool on the beachside - had the best daybeds ever! Great food in the restaurants - and awesome views from the restaurant on the beachside. Easy walk into the centre of Hua Hin. Overall, a fantastic stay. Will definitely be back. "

"Second time to visit this hidden gem just south of Hua Hin city. Its old, but with only 15 sea-view units, steps from the beach, who cares??? Staff are wonderful and the food is good at the little dining terrace facing the sea. Views are amazing and the small salt-water pool is also delightful. Highly recommended if you want an intimate place to stay with no fanfare and fancy facilities."

"Nice size rooms and good view from balcony. Large and clean rooms with nice design. However it does feel like the focus has been on cost-saving measures rather than enhancing the customer stay experience. Breakfast is lacking, service is mediocre and the pool is nice but a bit dated. It could be very good with a few changes. Expensive."

"The property is in a lovely setting where I would say the rooms are the highlight. We had a pool villa and it was very well appointed with an indoor and outdoor shower. It was very nice. "This was an amazing hotel to look at. It was very quiet and peaceful - but totally in the middle of nowhere. We went into town, hired a moped - but also stayed two nights in Hua Hin over New Year - as they stopped the transfers for a few days - which we didn't know about. Small kitchenette - but without cutlery and plates - i'm sure if we had asked for them it would have been fine. "Booked 3 bed rooms villa with pool. It was way too noisy all the times and next to main road. Main restaurant next to beach was closed for renovation and we were not informed at the time of the booking. Will not come back, really disappointing"

"Resort is okay, but the first picture in the photo gallery for this resort creates a totally incorrect image. THERE IS NO BEACH! Not even during low tide. Also, the swimming pool is very sorry. Never saw anyone use it during our four-day stay. It just doesn’t look inviting. Considering these two disappointments, the room rates are much too high. Service was very friendly and helpful, but would not return."

"This is a low cost budget option that checks all the boxes. Considering the rate, it is unair to write anything negative. The building is well kept, the staff are polite, housekeeping is reliable and punctual, and the place is conveniently located. The bed is a bit small and hard, and everything is basic. It is a good value proposition and I can easily recommend the place. "

"From start (check-in) to finish (check-out) the staff members are very professional not to mention their ability to communicate in English. Security was paramount. The only thing I was a bit disappointed in was, being in Thailand, not having hot sauces or Thai hot chili powders available during the afternoon club snack hour or during the breakfast hour . I hope, on my next trip, they will be easily accessible. Thank you for listening."

"Booked for a week to spend with my daughter who is getting married soon. Had a swim up room (make sure you ask for one in the sun.) We traded our our shade room for a sunny one much nicer outdoor experience. Loved the beach and adult pool. Food was good especially the pastries!"
