"From start (check-in) to finish (check-out) the staff members are very professional not to mention their ability to communicate in English. Security was paramount. The only thing I was a bit disappointed in was, being in Thailand, not having hot sauces or Thai hot chili powders available during the afternoon club snack hour or during the breakfast hour . I hope, on my next trip, they will be easily accessible. Thank you for listening."

"Booked for a week to spend with my daughter who is getting married soon. Had a swim up room (make sure you ask for one in the sun.) We traded our our shade room for a sunny one much nicer outdoor experience. Loved the beach and adult pool. Food was good especially the pastries!"
