"There wasn't a welcome book like normal. The property was touched up but was not completely renovated. There were some things done but done very cheaply. Also, the manager didn't even know evolve was apart of the rental. They want to rent the property on their own. Boxes and stuff were in the garage. The internet, and TV didn't work at all. The AC was off and took all night the first night cool the upstairs. It was 96 upstairs when we arrived the owner told me nurse it down two degrees at a time...
