Not only was Dave incredibly attentive during our stay but also gave us recommendations on where to explore around the town and hikes near by. The cabin was equipped with cooking material and wood for the fire (which we really enioyed). I just have an overall issue with the increased prices of VRBO's with the added fees. There is a company that managed this property and then VRBO's fees on top of that made it expensive. VRBO properties used to be comparable to nice hotels but now they are well above that. Hope that can change because we love...

"My wife and I stayed at this location for our anniversary weekend getaway and it was amazing. Gary and Dawn do a great job with their properties as we have previously stayed at the Fox in the Hen house, which is great as well. The Green green grass of home was amazing. Very private. Very warm and cozy. Staying in the wintertime the road is seasonal as listed which was not an issue as we have a 4 wheel drive SUV but plan accordingly if you do not.
