"We stayed 3 nights. The location is about a 17 minute walk from the bus station. Take Pearse Street, there is less of an incline. The room was very comfortable. The bathroom was clean with plenty of shelf space, nice towels and spacious shower area. The drain was a little sluggish but it did work. We liked the big windows as they made the room more airy & bright. If you keep the windows closed at night, it reduces the traffic noise. The on-site restaurant was also good. The fresh fish special...

"Very impressed with stay. Our room was clean and very spacious, it was also very quiet. We enjoyed breakfast and found all staff that we encountered were very friendly. Parts of the hotel could do with updating but this didn’t take away from the overall experience."

"Enjoyed our stay very much. Lovely staff and great food . Good location and spacious, comfortable bedrooms. Only gripe was the hairdryer which was fed up through the drawer and even when seated , which was necessary,it was way to short in reach . Have stayed in this hotel Many times in the past and never encountered a problem like this. Hopefully the hotel will take this criticism on board."

"Great location with magnificent views and easy access to the area by car. Check in process effortless and rooms were very clean, well laid out with plenty of space and all the basic amenities. Unfortunately we did not get to use the spa and had hoped for a massage but you need to book well in advance. Convenient to have restaurant on site and breakfast included with portions ample. However we were a little disappointed with the service having to ask a number of times for items. "
