"I cannot THANK YOU enough for making our very first Qld holiday special and memorable, The amazing staff went above and beyond just to get us checked in earlier considering that we probably looked bone tired due to our very early flight. We felt that it was more than just a job, you actually care for your guests. Staff are warm, professional and hotel is very clean and the bathroom looks very new. The food is fantastic. I couldn’t find a single fault. We would like to personally thank you, but our flight again was quite early. So again Night Cap Nerang Team from the bottom of our hearts THANK YOU VERY MUCH. "

Our stay was short due to other committments during the day but by night it was so peaceful. We bonded because of no wi-fi which was great not having kids or us on technology. Different experience for us from our normal hotel/motel stay but we loved it. "
