"We loved staying in this house. It was perfect for our family of 6 and my parents. Great amenities and so much space. Were certainly quite a few broken things when we arrive such as the back screen door, the hot tub was empty with stagnant water in it, cuts in the felt of the pool table and broken screens in the deck area. "Serenity was a fantastic house in a beautiful location. It was well catered for as we had our dog. Penelope the host was wonderful with communication and instructions and when contacted responded quickly. I would highly recommend this wonderful house."

"Lovely drive to the Pethers House, had couple of days stay, some milk, wine and chocolate waiting for us . Perfect stay for 8 of us. Did the skywalk, glow worm cave, sunset lookout and winery. Communication on what was open around us was great as their restaurant is only open Thursday-Saturday. Easy to find and all the local shops and restaurants. "

"Fabulous for a relaxing weekend away, felt like home away from home. Only thing that didn’t quite go well was the weather, it was a bit humid with no breeze, and there are no fans or aircon. Generally though the weather up there is quite cool, so wouldn’t always be an issue. "

"The house was beautiful to stay in with thought going into every detail possible. They had everything covered which was wonderful, even umbrellas and bird seed for the bird feeders.Bed were comfortable garden was stunning to walk in and it was so refreshing to be outside watching the sunrise over the Gold Coast."

"This is a "Tiny" house - very small to what we expected but at least it has a large verandah with an outdoor table & seats plus 2 sun chairs where one can sit out and admire the lovely mountain view. Ample power points. Firepit out the front with BBQ hotplates & mesh grill was used every day & for us this was the highlight and the reason we chose this property. "Light, airy, spacious home with every imaginable convenience. Loads of places to chill out inside and ample room outdoors to cater to the most adventurous play! Seven adults and 6 littlies under 6 had the time of their lives!!!"

"If you are looking for an experience then stay here, if you are looking for luxury, look elsewhere.It's 15mins to town.Nice communal pool overlooking the Gold Coast.Communal seated area near it but it was covered in geese poo, not here and there, it was everywhere.There are goats, alpacas, peacocks, chickens, & geese. "We enjoyed our stay, was nice for our young son to be able to feed the animals onsite. Unfortunately we paid an extra $100 for a 1 hour private spa - I reached out to the company to ask for a refund as we thought this wasn’t acceptable. The spa had chicken poo floating through it and getting swirled all around us. The water was also green. But they have assured us they checked the water conditions and it was ok.
