"We have just had a magical stay in Santec. The photos really don't do the house and the location justice. Yvonne had gone to a big effort to make sure the house was spotless on arrival and had put fresh flowers in the house and made 40 fresh crepes along with jam and marmalade. The holiday far surpassed expectations "

"Wonderful villa and wonderful location! The Villa was well equipped and very comfortable. We all had a brilliant time. Plenty of sandy beaches within a few minutes drive. Oceanopolis in Brest was about a 40 minute drive and well worth a visit. The swimming pool was used every day and my 4 year old grandson would be happy to stay in all afternoon if he could. Patrick the host was very kind and helpful. Thoroughly recommend."

"Das Haus ist sehr großzügig und modern eingerichtet mit großem Garten. Der Pool wurde von den Kindern immer gerne genutzt. Das Haus liegt nur wenige Meter vom wunderschönen Strand des Amiets entfernt, den man fußläufig sehr schnell erreichen kann. "Marie-Lauren and Stephane are excellent hosts. The house and facilities just right for us. The heated swimming pool just wonderful. Short walk to nice beaches and nice coastal walks. We stayed for two weeks and we found plenty to do for all age groups (children from 9 to 13). Local restaurant le Carre excellent and highly recommended easily coping with our lack of French! First time we visited this part of France and we really enjoyed it. 1 hour from the Roscoff ferry."

"Location and view is stunning. The Pool is amazing warm and our boys loved it. Communication with the host is simple. The house is big and clean we had a wonderful week in Roscoff but the house needs renovation, some things are simply broken and need replacement (vacuum cleaner, shower holder) others are just old or not of good quality. There is outdoor furniture but no cushions, the barbecue is a really cheap one and comes without any barbecue tools."

"A wonderful house in a great location. We only used the downstairs as there were only 2 of us with our dog but there would have been plenty of space for a family. The documentation provided for the house appliances was excellent. Perhaps somewhere to dry wet items would have been useful in varied weather! It might have been us but we only found a few TV stations were available. We enjoyed the area greatly"

"Very clean, modern. Good size garden. Indoor pool was very popular with all of us adults and children alike. Gîte is very close to Roscoff and St pol de Leon. Easy to cycle to both towns on cycle path. Très propre, moderne. Jardin de bonne taille. La piscine intérieure était très populaire auprès de nous tous, adultes et enfants. Gîte est très proche de Roscoff et de St pol de Leon. Facile à faire du vélo jusqu'aux deux villes sur la piste cyclable."

"Perfect house for a week away with the family. Kids loved the pool, which was great for when the weather was a bit cloudy. Beaches are really close by and easy to access. The hot tub was ideal as well, and well maintained. Lots of beds for our large family one double downstairs with adjacent shower room for parents, then two double rooms plus a room with two singles and a bunk bed upstairs for the kiddies."

"While the house was clean and comfortable, tastefully decorated and obviously a well-renovated quaint older substance building…..NOTHING can top the terrace facing the ocean in the back of the house. With the location of the house at the end of the street and well-situated screens/walls the deck is completely private, right on the edge of the ocean above granite boulders, so when the tide comes in you can hear the waves breaking…nothing says vacation more than soaking in the hot tub to that...

"We had a fantastic stay at Villa Ty Billou. As well as being great for the kids who loved the pool, hot tub and garden, the layout made it very relaxing for us as well as it is easy to keep an eye on everyone. The location is great and the trip included a very easy journey to Brest to the aquarium as well as numerous empty local beaches. Must also say how friendly and helpful the locals are especially in the Santec supermarket. Arnaud and Marie were also great. One minor comment is some...
