La Merveilleuse - Five Bedroom House, Sleeps 10

We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Kerlaz, this charming house exposed south-west with sight sea, at less than one kilometer of the beach, with jacuzzi and sauna, of a surface of 250 m ² and being able to accomodate until 10 travellers. It is composed of a nice living room of 60 m², a fully equipped kitchen, five beautiful bedrooms, five bathrooms and you can enjoy a garden of about 3 700 m². Wifi (optical fiber), sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
On the first floor:
- A living room of 60 m² with TV, sofa and fireplace. The wood, located in the basement, is provided free of charge.
- A fully equipped kitchen, open to a dining room facing the sea, including: electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Senseo coffee maker...
- Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160x200) with en-suite bathroom (shower)

Upstairs:
- Bedroom 2: a queen-size bed (160x200) with en-suite bathroom (bathtub) and toilet
- Bedroom 3: a queen-size bed (160x200) with en-suite bathroom (shower) and WC
- Bedroom 4: one queen-size bed (160x200) with en-suite bathroom (shower) and toilet
- Room 5: two bunk beds
- A bathroom with shower
- A separate toilet

Relaxation area :
- A 6-seater sheltered jacuzzi available all year round, a sauna and a shower.

Outside :
- A beautiful garden of 3,700 m² circling the house, enclosed with gate equipped with a digicode and a camera. Table and garden furniture facing the sea to enjoy the view
- Terrace of 2 meters wide going around the house + a terrace space of 30m² exposed south-west

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, baby bed, dryer, ironing board and iron.

The house is ideally located in Kerlaz, in a very quiet and peaceful environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all essential shops but also boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Activities :
- Touristic sites nearby : Douarnenez city, Tristan island (property of the coastal conservatory, a classified island and accessible at low tide), Locronan (a superb city of character with granite houses), Quimper (classified city of art and history), the peninsula of Crozon (its wild and jagged coasts), the Pointe du Raz...
- Sporting activities : various nautical activities (boat rental, paddle, kayak, windsurfing...), walk along the GR 34

Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, the property has a large parking space that can accommodate 8 vehicles, including a basement that can accommodate two large vehicles (station wagon or 4x4 type).

- Nearest train station: Quimper train station located at about 35 minutes by car
- Nearest airport: Lorient airport located at about 1h10 by car
