"Staff were so lovely at the reception, the room was very clean, aesthetic and beautiful. The kitchen was lovely to use and the bathroom was spotless. Good location as it was only a 5 minute walk away from Piccadilly station. The price was also very good for one night! Highly recommend and definitely will come back to this hotel when I visit manchester in the future. "

"The hotel is great for a quick trip to Liverpool and is in a great downtown location. It’s not well signposted and being downtown there’s lots of city noise. However we’ll come back again for the space and the massive breakfast!"

"We really enjoyed our first stay here, unfortunately it was noisy due to the building work and it would have been nice to know about before. I knew the parking was going to be difficult but I think a warning if you have a tall vehicle as mine isn’t that tall but I did find it unsettling due to the beams which I had to navigate around and through to park. We did have an issue with a TV but the staff were fantastic and resolved it quickly. "

"Flat was lovely but i must admit i was surprised there were no trimmings at all like tea coffee sugar sachets or something. Lift being out and both of us disabled being on the 7th floor was very hard but admittedly the very nice guy on the desk did warn us. Unfortunately it was late in the day and we didnt really have much choice but to grin and bear it. He did upgrade us to a flat with a balcony though which for smokers in thise circumstances, was an absolute life saver. His character...

"Really lovely property, clean and modern. Parking was on roadside which was okay but had expected private parking. Contact with Pillo before travel was excellent but unable to speak to anyone during stay which was limited to voicemail with no follow-up. However on my return Pillo were very helpful and apologetic. Would love to stay there again."

"Great apartment for heading out on Mathew street, right in the centre of Liverpool. Apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Only slight negative was the security staff with 1 of my friends, literally chatting away with them then 1 of them got quite aggressive. Wouldn’t stop us booking again, great trip👍 "
