It would be a good idea to come earlier for breakfast, Doing the saved us a lot of time, as we left we noted the large number of folks queuing for food. "Great Location. Great Bath. Nice cafe and really great breakfast buffet for the price. I really enjoyed the Deluxe Cabin room. For a cheap price you get what feels like a room to yourself. This is Fourth hostel/capsule hotel in Sapporo and easily the best one I have stayed at."

"Very convenient area with many options for transportation, dining, and shopping. However not sure if its a culture issue, but despite having housekeeping, my bed was never made during my 3 day stay (even though they left the clean robes on top of my sheets). But overall a positive experience.."

"Very quick and kind service when checked in. They showed us to our rooms and offered to help with our bags. Showed us where the emergency exits were as well and made themselves very accessible if we needed anything. Location was perfect and you could even access the subway from the basement level or shop without even going outside. Beds and pillows were comfortable. The room and bathroom were a good size and clean. Great hotel and experience staying with them. "

"Anticipating the cold weather in February, we booked this hotel because it was attached to JR Sapporo station and it didn't disappoint. The rooms are well appointed and cosy and the views outside to the snow covered streets were lovely. Being able to walk from our hotel straight to the snow festival site in Odori park without having to go outside was also a bonus, as was enjoying all the amazing shopping and dining that the area had to offer"

"A nice stay in this property for our first time in Sapporo. Odori Park is right across the road and it was magical in the winter snow. The room was of a good size, though the property seem a bit on the old side. Staff were less friendly compared to the other 3 hotels we stayed in during this long winter holiday trip. Not rude but more… clinical. Easy access to subway and buses, with plenty of convenience stores nearby. Overall not too bad of a stay."
